A mission-driven activist for more than 30 years across the business, non-profit and government sectors, Dave Rapaport is the Global Social Mission Officer for Ben & Jerry’s. He leads the iconic Vermont-based ice cream company’s commitment to be a force for good, with focus is on the day-to- day impacts of its operations and value chain, and on using its business influence to promote progressive social change. Prior to joining Ben & Jerry’s, he was vice president of Earth and Community Care for Aveda, where he helped drive the pioneering beauty company’s mission to care for the world and model environmental leadership and responsibility. Previously, Rapaport held leadership positions with green household care products pioneer, Seventh Generation, and in business and project development in the renewable energy industry. Before joining the business world, Dave spent two decades in the public policy arena, serving as executive director of Vermont Public Interest Research Group and as senior staff with the environmental organization, Greenpeace, where he directed national work on toxic chemicals and pollution prevention. |

Cheryl L. Dorsey is the president of Echoing Green, a global nonprofit that supports emerging social entrepreneurs and invests deeply in their ideas and leadership. A social entrepreneur herself, Cheryl received an Echoing Green Fellowship in 1992 to launch The Family Van, a community-based mobile health unit in Boston. Cheryl has served in two presidential administrations and currently serves on several boards including The Bridgespan Group and Skoll Foundation. She has received numerous awards, including the Pfizer Roerig History of Medicine Award, the Robert Kennedy Distinguished Public Service Award, and the Manual C. Carballo Memorial Prize. Cheryl was been named one of "America's Best Leaders" by US News & World Report and the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School and one of The Nonprofit Times' "Power and Influence Top 50." She has a medical degree from Harvard Medical School and her master's in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School. |

Michael Kobori is a leading practitioner of corporate sustainability. He is currently Chief Sustainability Officer at Starbucks Coffee Company and he led sustainability at Levi Strauss & Co. for 18 years. Michael spent the early part of his career on human rights and economic development in Asia. In addition to his work, Michael is a lecturer at the Haas Business School, University of California at Berkeley, and is also the Executive Producer of Utopia Theatre Project, an artist-led social justice theater company. |

Sarah is the Senior Director of Environment and Supply Chain Innovation at Apple. She is responsible for holding Apple’s suppliers to the highest standards of human rights and environmental protection, including responsible labor and materials sourcing practices, workplace health and safety, increasing the use of greener materials, conserving finite resources, and supporting suppliers’ transition to renewable energy. Her teams work cross-functionally to address cost and environmental opportunities to reflect our values in our supply chain every day. Sarah joined Apple in 2006 and holds an M.B.A. and Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Systems, both from Stanford University. Prior to Apple, Sarah served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit providing environmental education and leadership experiences for low-income high school students. Sarah can trace her environmental roots back to her upbringing on a maple syrup farm in Massachusetts. |

Lauren Guthrie is the Vice President of Global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action for VF Corporation. Kevin leads the Marketing team at Boston Common Asset Management, which is an investment manager and leader in global impact initiatives dedicated to the pursuit of financial return and social change. There, he collaborates with multiple internal teams to guide product decision-making. A member of Boston’s Local B Corp Leadership Board, Kevin sits on the Advisory Council of Net Impact Boston, and is a graduate of the 2020 cohort of Lead Boston, a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion leadership development program. Outside the office, he is an avid reader and a lover of writing, running, art, and design who can often be found (or lost) exploring backcountry trails on foot or via snowboard. Justin Worthley is a member of Burton’s Senior Team and heads up global People & Culture strategy and operations, as well as Burton’s Burlington, Vermont headquarters/facility operations. Since joining Burton in 2011, Justin has worked to elevate Burton’s company culture and employment brand through a focus on employee development and engagement, talent planning, JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion), leadership development, managing organizational change, increasing global alignment and transparency, and investing in HQ facility upgrades. Justin is on the Board of the Chill Foundation and was a founding Board Member of the Vermont Outdoor Business Alliance. Prior to Burton, Justin worked in leadership, operations and HR roles at Rhino Foods, Bosch, Unilever, and Ben & Jerry’s. He has a BA in environmental studies from UVM and an MSA in organizational behavior from St. Michael’s College. He and his wife Cara live in South Burlington and have two grown kids, a spunky granddaughter, and the best dog in the world Max. When he’s not working, you can find him snowboarding, traveling, hiking, building furniture in his garage, making garden beds, digging weeds, or driving around in his restored 1970 MGB. |

Michelle Egger, CEO & Co-founder of BIOMILQ, is a diversely experienced food scientist with an eye to global food systems change. Tom Szaky is founder and CEO of TerraCycle, a global leader in the collection and repurposing of complex waste streams. TerraCycle operates in 20 countries, working with some of the world’s largest brands, retailers and manufacturers to create national platforms to recycle products and packaging that currently go to landfill or incineration. In May 2019 TerraCycle launched Loop, a circular reuse platform that enables consumers to shop for household products in durable, reusable packaging. Loop is available in Paris, France, the UK and the 48 contiguous U.S. states, and is a key step in helping to end the epidemic of waste that is caused by 'single- use' consumption. In 2021, Loop will become available in Canada, Japan and Australia. Tom and TerraCycle have received hundreds of awards and recognition from a range of organizations including the United Nations, World Economic Forum, Schwab Foundation, Fortune Magazine, Time Magazine and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Tom is the author of four books, “Revolution in a Bottle” (2009), “Outsmart Waste” (2014), “Make Garbage Great” (2015) and “The Future of Packaging” (2019). Tom created, produced and starred in TerraCycle’s reality show, “Human Resources” which aired on Pivot from 2014-2016. |

Ms. Thoumi is an experienced research and policy lead with expertise in health policy, health financing, global health, and health equity. She focuses her research on health disparities in reproductive health, testing and vaccine access, and Latino health care. Previously, she oversaw Duke-Margolis’s global health portfolio spanning value-based care, universal health coverage, and primary health care. She holds a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown University, an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and BA in Community Health and International Relations from Tufts University. |

Graham McLaughlin leads the health equity focused social responsibility program for Optum.Prior to Optum, Graham launched and led the corporate responsibility program at The Advisory Board Company, a publicly traded health services firm, and has also been a management consultant for Fortune 500 organizations. Additionally, Graham founded a for-profit social enterprise, Clean Decisions, and a non-profit incubator, Changing Perceptions, helping individuals coming out of incarceration launch businesses. Graham is also a board member of the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers as well as 1863 Ventures, a minority business accelerator. Graham graduated Summa Cum Laude from UNC-Chapel Hill with a dual degree in psychology and management. |

Rafe Petty is a Division President for Oak Street Health. He is responsible for the operations and outcomes for Oak Street Health’s centers in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina. He has been with Oak Street Health since 2014, and previously held the roles of Regional Vice President for south Chicago & northwest Indiana and Vice President Clinical Quality. Prior to Oak Street Health, Rafe worked at the Boston Consulting Group and was a core member of the Healthcare Practice Area. Kevin Brown is a leader in the Technology Consulting Practice at EY, specializing in helping large global enterprises transform with Digital Business Solutions and Intelligent Automation. He has over two decades of consulting leadership experience and first joined EY in 2000. In addition to his client serving roles, Kevin has held leadership roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion, working with both EY professionals and the community. He is the Americas leader for EY's Digital Divide initiative aimed at working across the public and private sectors to establish an ecosystem that provides connectivity, hardware, and mentoring for Black, Latinx, and lower income families who are not able to participate in the virtual world because of inadequate access to computers or broadband services. He is also the New York City lead for EY Ripples, which is EY’s Corporate Responsibility program with a goal of positively impacting the lives of 1 billion people across the world by the year 2020. Kevin has significant advisory board experience, including being selected to serve the Executive Leadership of EY on several governance and advisory councils: Global Governance Council (GGC) - Advising the office of the Global Chairman of EY LLP representing the interests of all Partners and Principals in the Global Firm; GGC Technology Subcommittee Chair - Represents the interests of the global partners of the EY LLP in matters relating to internal and client facing technology investments; Americas Advisory Council (AAC) and US Partner /Principal Council (PPC) member - Advises the office of Americas / US Chair and Managing Partner on matters of interest to the Partners and Principals in the Americas; and Presiding Partner of the Americas Consulting Forum - Advises the office of the Vice Chair and Americas Consulting Leader representing the interests of the Partners and Principals in Americas Advisory. Butch Trusty is a partner in The Bridgespan Group’s New York office. Since joining the organization in 2008, and rejoining in 2018, Butch has led client engagements with a range of nonprofit and foundation clients, particularly those focused on educational equity and economic mobility. Past clients have included, among others, local and national multi-donor funds investing in talent pipelines and new school creation in urban school districts, a national African American mentoring program seeking to expand into educational services, a startup national education reform advocacy organization, a national teacher development organization exploring the launch of a new competency-based teacher preparation graduate program, and an urban school district serving disconnected youth. Butch is also a coach in Bridgespan’s Leading for Impact® program, supporting the capacity-building efforts of nonprofit executive teams. Between 2014-2018, Butch was Managing Partner at Education Cities, a national network of local education venture philanthropy organizations. At Education Cities, Butch oversaw all of the activities to accelerate the impact of the network’s members, including providing strategic advising services to local leaders and developing a human capital investment community of practice. Butch also previously served as the Education Program Director at The Joyce Foundation, investing $10 million per year to improve the quality of teachers and charter schools in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and nationally. Prior to Bridgespan, Butch held positions at the Alliance for Excellent Education, as an Education Pioneers Fellow at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, and at Edison Schools (now EdisonLearning). Butch serves on the Chicago Commission on Human Relations and is Chair of its Advisory Council on LGBTQ+ Issues. Dana is the Managing Director of Monitor Institute by Deloitte. The Institute is a social change consultancy that works with innovative leaders to surface and spread best practices in public problem solving and to pioneer next practices – breakthrough approaches for addressing social and environmental challenges. Drawing on her twenty-five years as a social impact adviser, consultant and nonprofit executive, she partners with the CEOs and leadership teams of national foundations, non-profits and corporations to drive performance and maximize impact. Her work on issues of social impact strategy and implementation has been published in Stanford Social Innovation Review, The Chronicle of Philanthropy and Fast Company. Prior to becoming Monitor Institute’s Chief Operating Officer in 2010, she led human assets strategy at Teach For America and started her career as a consultant at Monitor Group. Dana has served on many nonprofit, foundation and government boards. Currently she serves on the North Carolina Council for Women, the North Carolina Aquarium Society Board, ADAP Capital Guidance Council, The University of North Carolina’s Kenan Institute Board of Mentors and the Hill Center board. Nicole Systrom, founder of Sutro Energy Group, partners with philanthropists, investors and entrepreneurs to accelerate high-impact climate and clean technology solutions. With an extensive background in environmental science and a passion for helping entrepreneurs scale breakthrough technologies, Nicole counsels philanthropists and impact investors on how to direct mission- oriented resources toward innovative clean technologies. A valued advisor to founders and funders in clean energy, Nicole has helped channel millions of dollars into the development of technology solutions in recent years. Nicole’s passion for motivating wealth holders to support clean energy technologies means she is frequently tapped by nonprofits, foundations and family offices for her counsel on their climate-positive programs. As a board member and consultant to Prime Coalition, she helps philanthropists catalyze growth in technology startups that mitigate climate change. As an early advisor to Cyclotron Road, Nicole helped develop program and business strategies, positioning it to effectively support hard-science innovations and entrepreneurs. In addition to Prime Coalition, she now serves on the boards of the Energy Foundation—one of the largest energy and climate philanthropies in the US—and Activate, a fellowship program forging a new path for world- changing innovators (and the successor to Cyclotron Road). Nicole is also a member of the President’s Council at Ceres, a nonprofit focused on sustainability challenges. A published thought leader on climate-positive innovation, Nicole has written about identifying gaps in the clean tech ecosystem; building philanthropic tools for investing in climate solutions; and enabling better state energy policy. To build awareness of the climate change crisis, Nicole launched the investor education series “Investing in a New Climate” with the Stanford Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance in 2015. Earlier in her career Nicole worked at TerraPass, a venture-backed startup, where she managed a project portfolio that reduced 250,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions across the U.S. Before that she was a fundraiser at the nonprofit Pacific Forest Trust, where she supported the development of methods to quantify the carbon stored in working forests. Nicole holds a BS in Earth Systems from Stanford University and an MBA/MS in Environment and Resources from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and golden retriever. |
